If I ever lost your love,
And was left all alone,
The stars would lose their shine,
And fall from where they shone.
The birds would no longer sing,
And all the flowers would weep,
The days would be long,
And at night, I could no longer sleep.
The thought of being without you,
Is more than I can bear,
My eyes would fill with tears,
From losing a love so rare.
So let the stars shine,
And hang high above,
Tell me we belong together,
For I couldn't live without your love.
